Threaded Stud/Rod

unleashing our clients’ potential by maximising the innovation.

Similar in appearance to a screw, the threading extends around and along the rod to cause rotational movements when in use.Threaded stud bolt combines linear and rotational movement to create strong resistance to pressure. A threaded rod is a fastener and functions thanks to the threading, which causes a tightening action from the rotational movement. Threading on a rod allows other fixings like bolts and nuts to easily screw or fasten to it. A threaded stud is a steel bolt that is typically threaded on both ends. The stud is then screwed into a metal surface and placed between two objects, and then secured with a nut on the opposite end of the bolt.

  • Fully Threaded Studs:

Fully threaded rods and studs with hex nuts are assemblies that help ensure proper clamping load. They have male threads running their entire length for full engagement of the nuts. They eliminate the need to purchase compatible nuts separately and are typically used to fasten flanged pipes. Steel fully threaded rods and studs are fasteners that provide good strength and durability for a variety of everyday fastening applications.

  • Tap End Stud Ends: Tap End Stud Bolts are threaded rods with short thread length at one end, called the tap end for engagement with tapped machine holes, while the other end is longer for engagement with nuts.

  • Double End Stud Bolts: Double ended threaded stud has threads on both the ends it can fasten two flanges more effectively. They are mostly used while attaching flanges or pipes together. Length of thread varies according to requirement.
  • Weld Bolt: Bolt welding is a method for welded threaded bolts onto the plates.Bolt welding requires a bolt welding machine, welding bolts and welding stay bolts. The bolt is welded to the plate by melting a specially manufactured point first onto the bolt and then onto the plate through a brief, but powerful electrical impulse.
  • Clinch Stud: The basic element of the self clinching studs is that they provide a strong reusable thread in thin panels. The fasteners are very easy to install and they can be clinched into thin metal panels with a very low cost of installation.
  • Bonding Stud: Created with a full length with a flat wide head with holes in it.
